How do i book a studio rental?
You can book a studio rental by contacting us through email, phone, TEXT, or our online contact form. The form helps our team understand your project needs so we can recommend the best studio setup.
What’s included with my studio rental?
All rentals include access to professional amenities such as:

Can I take a tour before booking?
Yes! We offer free studio tours by appointment. Tours are available Monday–Friday depending on availability. Contact our studio manager to schedule your visit.
What time should I arrive for my session?
Please arrive on time for your scheduled rental. Sessions begin and end at the reserved time, and all setup and cleanup must be completed within your booking window.
Do you allow outside photographers or videographers?
Yes. You’re welcome to bring your own photographer, videographer, or production crew.
Do you offer podcast production or editing?
Yes. We offer live-cut podcast production, multi-camera setups, audio engineering, and optional editing services. Ask about our podcast or production packages for recurring clients.
Can I host workshops, meetings, or events at the studio?
Yes, Soundstage one can accommodate workshops, classes, meetings, coaching sessions, and small events. Contact us for event rates and availability.

We are located 10 minutes from IAH Airport between I-45 and the Hardy Toll Road.

Do you provide photographers or videographers?
Yes, our in-house photographer is available upon request, and we can connect you with additional trusted crew members from our professional network. Let us know what your project requires.
Do you allow music playback during my session?
Yes! You can connect your device to our speakers and play music during your rental.
Is the studio soundproof?
our studios are sound-treated with acoustic panels and/or acoustic foam for controlled audio. they are designed for podcast recording, interviews, and clean audio capture.
Can I bring props or furniture?
Yes, you may bring props or furniture as long as they do not damage the walls or floors. Please notify us in advance for oversized or heavy items.
Do you offer wardrobe or hair/makeup rooms?
Yes. Our lounge area includes a makeup station, and both studios feature mirrors, seating, and comfortable prep areas.
What backdrops do you offer?
Soundstage 1 and the Podcast Stage both feature white cyclorama walls. We also offer seamless paper backdrops as an add-on, with additional colors available upon request.
Can I book multiple studios at once?
Yes. You can book both studios simultaneously for larger productions. Contact the studio manager for combined rates and custom setups.
Is there free parking?
Yes. Free parking is available directly in front of the studio. We also have a drive-in load-in area for larger equipment.
